How to remove (archive) a product

To take a product off your store, tick the checkbox next to it on the Products list (or “Select all”). A bar appears reading “{n} selected” — press the red “Remove” button and confirm. This is a soft-delete: the item is “hidden from your store” but not gone — to see it again later, switch the Status filter to “Archived”. Gotcha: there is no permanent delete and no per-row delete — “Remove” always means archiving. If you only want to hide an item temporarily, use the Active/Draft toggle in the editor instead of removing — Draft hides it from the store without archiving it.
