Who operates Sellit

Sellit (sellit.ge) is operated by SHPS SAINAPS STUDIO (tax ID 406555829), registered in Tbilisi, Georgia. Sellit provides online marketplace and storefront software; each shop is run by an independent seller.

Email contact@sellit.ge and we'll get back to you. Please write from the email address on your Sellit account so we can find you quickly, and include your shop name if you have one.

For help using your dashboard, you can also open the Help Center inside Sellit, or ask the built-in assistant.

Data, privacy and deletion requests

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection, email contact@sellit.ge. To delete your data — including anything received through Facebook or Instagram (Messenger and Instagram messages) — see our Data Deletion page.

You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge).

Orders you placed with a shop

Each shop on Sellit is run by an independent seller who is responsible for its orders, delivery, returns, and refunds. For a specific order, contact that shop directly; we'll help connect you where we can.
