How long until my domain goes live?

Usually a few minutes, sometimes a few hours. After you save the nameservers the change spreads across the internet — for .ge domains this can take over 30 minutes. Sellit checks automatically and switches the store live on the domain when it's ready; you don't need to refresh or wait — you can close the page. Optionally you can check by hand with the "Check status" button.
