The Channels screen — connecting Instagram & Facebook

"Channels" is where you connect your Meta (Instagram/Facebook) account. Press "Connect with Facebook", pick your Page and confirm in Facebook. Once connected: Instagram and Messenger messages arrive in "Messages", posts and catalog items appear in the import review, and your business details (name, phone, address) are ready to use in your shop. The same screen has the "Auto-sync new items" switch, "Sync now", the connection health and "Disconnect" (your chats are kept). On the phone the same page is Menu → "Instagram". Gotcha: a shop that connected before Meta approved messaging must reconnect once before it can send replies. One Facebook Page or Instagram account works in one Sellit shop at a time: connecting it in another shop moves it there, and the old shop stops receiving its messages. The old shop then says where it went; connecting there again moves it back.
