What buyers see — active, draft or out of stock

Whether a product appears in your store is decided in the editor’s right rail, the “Status” card. “Draft” (toggle off) means “Hidden until you activate it” — buyers can’t see it. “Active” means “Visible in your store.” When “Stock units” reaches 0 the item is marked “Out” and sales stop at zero; an empty stock field means unlimited / made-to-order, so it always stays buyable. Gotcha: an item can be “Active” yet still show “Out” to shoppers if its stock hit zero — restock it (enter a number) or leave the field empty to keep selling.
