The order timeline and buyer notifications

Every status change is logged in the order's "Timeline" and the buyer is notified automatically. Open an order to see the Timeline: "Order placed", "Buyer marked payment sent", "Payment confirmed", "Preparing order", "Shipped", "Delivered", plus refunds and cancellations. The buyer gets a bilingual email and SMS on: order placed, payment confirmed, shipped ("on its way"), delivered, and courier updates. You (the shop) get "New order" and a payment-to-confirm alert when a bank-transfer buyer says they paid. Remember: you don't send these messages yourself — they fire automatically when you press "Confirm payment" / "Mark shipped" / "Mark delivered", so the action IS the notification.
