Order statuses explained

Every order carries two independent statuses shown side by side: payment and fulfillment. Payment: "Awaiting payment" (checkout started, money not in yet), "Confirming payment" (the buyer says they sent a transfer — you must verify), "Paid", "Partially refunded", "Refunded", "Payment failed", "Cancelled". Fulfillment: "New", "Preparing" (an order auto-moves to Preparing the moment it's paid), "Shipped", "Delivered", "Cancelled". Courier orders add a delivery line too: Booked, In transit, Delivered, Returned or Delivery failed. Remember: paid does not mean shipped — a paid order stays at "Preparing" until you press "Mark shipped"; the two dots on each row are separate statuses.
