Managing orders — a quick overview

The Orders screen (the "Orders" menu) is where you confirm payments, ship, and track every order. Each order carries two separate statuses — payment and fulfillment — and every row shows one quick-action button for the next step: "Confirm", "Paid", "Ship" or "Delivered". From here you also filter with the tabs, search, and export. The individual steps live in their own articles: statuses explained, confirming a bank transfer, recording COD, shipping, booking a courier, search/export, and refunds. Remember: this screen is the hub for all orders — for a specific action open the matching article or the order itself.
