Cancelling an order

If the buyer changed their mind, an item is out of stock, or the order is a duplicate — open the order and press "Cancel order". Cancelling returns any reserved stock to the product, and if a courier was already booked the booking is cancelled automatically. Important: cancelling does NOT refund money. If the order was already paid by card, return the money separately with the "Refund" button; for a bank transfer or COD, return the cash to the buyer by hand. An order that is already "Delivered" can no longer be cancelled.
