Add a manual order (phone/DM sale)

If a sale happened by phone, DM, or in person, you can record it as an order yourself — on the Orders screen use "Add order", pick the products (the system prices them from your own catalog — you never type a price), enter the buyer's name/phone/address, and the payment method (cash / bank transfer / cash on delivery). It gets a normal ORD-number and reserves stock exactly like a storefront order. No buyer account is created.
