Sell via a checkout link

If you closed a deal with a buyer directly (DM, chat, in person), you can create a payment link for them — pick product(s) and quantity from your own catalog, and the system prices it live every time it's opened (never a stale/frozen price). The link is active for 7 days by default; its status walks created → opened → started → paid (or expired/cancelled). Stock isn't reserved until the buyer actually starts checkout.
