Delivery date, time window and gift message at checkout

Open Shipping → "Price and zones" and scroll to the "Delivery date and gift message" card. Turn on "Buyers choose a date" and pick whether it is the delivery day or the pickup day. Set how many days from today the earliest day is (0 means today), how many days ahead buyers can choose, tick the days you don't work, and optionally add time windows (for example 10:00–13:00; up to 8). "Date is required" means an order can't be placed without one — useful for cakes and flowers. Separately you can turn on "Gift message": the buyer writes a short note for the card (you set the length limit). The server checks everything: a closed day, a day too early or too late, or a window that isn't on your list can't be chosen (Tbilisi time). The chosen date, window and note show on the order page, in the new-order email and in the notification. The date only appears when the cart has something to deliver; digital items, tickets and gift cards are not affected. When it's off, checkout looks exactly as before.
