What you cannot sell on Sellit

You cannot sell on Sellit what Georgian law or Sellit's Terms (§6) ban. Above all: orders, payment or delivery for tobacco and nicotine products of any kind — cigarettes, heated tobacco, e-cigarette liquids, cartridges and capsules, nicotine pouches. The Law of Georgia on Tobacco Control bans their sale by internet or by post. A device sold with nicotine liquid inside it or in its box (a disposable e-cigarette, a pre-filled pod) is a tobacco product and is banned. Other devices and accessories are allowed only when they carry no tobacco-industry brand or name. Also banned: weapons, explosives, narcotic substances, counterfeit, stolen or replica goods, live animals, gambling and sanctioned goods. Alcohol, medicines, food supplements, cosmetics and food are allowed only with the licence, registration and labelling the law requires; you must not supply alcohol to a person under 18.
