How to delete a shop

Only the shop owner can delete a shop. On the web: Settings → "Delete shop" at the bottom of the page. In the phone app: Profile → "Shop" → "Delete shop", or in the shops panel the current shop's "…" → "Delete shop". To confirm, type the shop address (the part before .sellit.ge) and press "Delete shop". What happens: the shop goes offline at once — buyers can no longer open it or order; the custom domain and the Facebook/Instagram connection are disconnected; the plan does not renew; the shop leaves your shop list. If you have another shop, the app opens it; if not, it offers to open a new shop. Your account stays. Products, orders and customers are kept, so if you change your mind, write to us at sellit.ge/contact and we restore the shop. No other shop can take a deleted shop's address. The AI assistant does not delete a shop: the action cannot be undone by the seller and needs the address typed by hand, so the assistant only shows the way.
