Buyer reviews (star ratings)

A buyer whose order reaches "Delivered" gets a one-time invite (valid 30 days) to rate the product 1–5 stars, with optional text — once per order. Every review starts as "pending" — you approve or reject it before it shows on the storefront. Published reviews show with the average rating (e.g. 4.6★) on the product page. Gotcha: you can never fake or add a review yourself — only a real buyer whose order was delivered can leave one.
