Product type: physical, digital, ticket, gift card, service

In the product editor there is a "Product type" field. Every product is physical by default — it ships with delivery. If you sell a digital file, a ticket, a gift card or a service, pick that type. When no item in the cart is physical, checkout no longer asks the buyer for an address or charges delivery. A digital product sends its file to the buyer automatically once the order is paid (see "Digital products"); tickets come from the Events screen; a gift card emails its own code to the recipient once the order is paid (see "Gift cards").
