Messages and Instagram in the phone app

In the phone app, Menu → "Messages" opens every Instagram and Messenger conversation in one list. The buyers who wait for a reply show at the top; filter with "All", "Awaiting reply", "Instagram" and "Messenger", and search by name or text. In a conversation, write in the box at the bottom: "AI reply" prepares a draft that you edit and send; the product button attaches a card (photo, price, link). The 24-hour window shows at the top: Meta allows a reply only within 24 hours of the buyer's last message, so sending is off when the window is closed. Menu → "Instagram" opens the Meta connection drawn like an Instagram profile: "Continue with Facebook" connects the account; then you see the profile, the counts, the connection health, auto-sync and a grid of imported posts. "See all" opens the review: select posts, name them (or "Name with AI") and "Add to shop". "Business profile" shows what Meta told us, and "Use in my shop" fills only the empty fields. This topic is answer-only for the AI: connecting Meta needs the seller's own Facebook sign-in, so the AI cannot do it for them.
