The phone home screen: four buttons and their counts

The phone app's Today screen has four round buttons: Orders, Messages, Instagram and Products. A red count on each button tells you what waits for you. Orders counts the orders to confirm plus the orders to ship. Messages counts the buyers who wait for your reply. Instagram counts the imported posts you have not reviewed yet; when Instagram is not connected, it shows a dot. Products counts the products that are out of stock. Messages is its own tab in the bottom bar and shows the same count; Products now lives in the Menu. When another shop needs you, a small red dot shows on the shop logo at the top. Tap the logo or swipe right: the shop switcher shows, next to each shop, how many orders and buyers wait there. A red dot with no number means an unread notification in the bell. The counts refresh when you open the app and every minute. This topic is answer-only: the app shows the counts by itself, so the AI assistant has no action to take here.
