Newsletter signups with a name

In Design, the "Newsletter subscribe" and "Email signup with text" blocks have an "Also ask for a name" switch. When on, a name field appears next to the email (optional for the buyer, up to 80 characters). Subscribers and their names show on the Marketing page in the "Newsletter subscribers" card and in the Excel export. If the same email subscribes again with a name, an empty name is filled in; an existing one is not changed. When off, the block asks for the email only, as before.
