Digital products and file delivery

In the product editor, set "Product type" to "Digital product" and upload what you sell in the "File for the buyer" field — a PDF, e-book, ZIP archive, audio, video or images, up to 100 MB (program files such as .exe are refused). The file is kept in private storage with no public link; you can download it yourself to check it, or replace it with another file. A digital product cannot be published without a file. On your shop the product shows a "Digital download" badge, and a cart with only digital products asks for no address and charges no delivery. Once the order is paid — by card, or when you confirm a bank transfer or cash — the buyer gets a download link by email, and the same download appears on their order page. Each link works for 30 days and up to 5 downloads; every download starts through a secure link that lasts a few minutes. An order with only digital products is marked "Delivered" automatically. The order page shows you how many times the file was downloaded; "Send a new link" cancels the old link, emails the buyer a new one and gives 5 more downloads and 30 more days. A full refund switches the download links off.
