How to add or remove products in a collection

You can change a collection's products anytime. From the "Collections" list open the collection, then in "Products in this collection" tap a card to add it, or tap an already-selected (orange-ringed) card to remove it. The "Search your products…" box filters, and "{n} selected" shows the total. The order in which you tap cards is the order products appear in your store. Finally tap "Save changes". Gotcha: removing a product from a collection does NOT delete it — it just leaves the group; changes don't take effect until "Save changes" ("Cancel" warns about unsaved edits).
