How to read the Customer journey funnel

"Customer journey" shows the path from visitors to payment: Visitors → Orders → Paid. Between the stages two percentages appear: "bought" (share of visitors who placed an order) and "paid" (share of orders that got paid). This is how you see where people drop off. The insight box beneath tells you the next step — share your link, fix your product pages, or chase unpaid orders. Watch out: the percentages mean little without real visitor traffic — with only a few visitors, one sale can swing the rate wildly.
