When the AI does not know: the buyer is never left in silence

When a buyer asks a question in Instagram or Messenger and the AI does not know the answer, it does not go quiet. The buyer gets one short message: "Good question — I'm checking with the shop and will reply right here." The AI never promises a time. The same chat never gets a second hold for the same question. You get a notification, "A buyer asked something", with no buyer text in it. Open the AI seller screen, or tell the AI in chat, and write the answer once in your own words. It is saved as shop knowledge, so the AI answers the same question by itself from then on. The answer also goes to every buyer the AI told to wait, as "From the shop: ...". It goes out only inside the 24-hour window after the buyer's last message. If the window has closed, nothing is sent and the screen tells you to answer that buyer in Messages. If you paused the AI in a chat, the answer is not sent there.
