The AI assistant reads your buyer messages

In the AI chat ask: "who wrote to me?", "who waits for a reply?" or "what do I answer Nino?". The AI sees the latest Instagram and Messenger conversations: who wrote, what they wrote, who waits for a reply, and whether the 24-hour window is open. When it opens one conversation, it reads the last messages and writes the reply text for you — in the buyer's language, with your shop's real prices and links. You send the text from "Messages". This topic is answer-only: the AI assistant does not write to a buyer itself, because the message goes out in your shop's name and you approve it. Automatic replies are a separate feature, "AI seller". If Instagram or Facebook is not connected, the AI says so and shows the connection screen.
