Different delivery prices per area (zones)

Beyond one flat price, you can set a separate rate for specific cities and regions. On the Shipping screen, in „Price and zones“, add a row, pick a place (e.g. Tbilisi or another region) and enter a price. The base row „everywhere else“ is always last and covers every place you have not priced separately. A more specific place (a city) beats a broader one (a region): if Batumi has its own price it applies; otherwise the region's price; otherwise the „everywhere else“ price. Each zone can also carry its own free-shipping threshold. The buyer sees the price for exactly their place at checkout.
