New leads from your Facebook and Instagram forms

When a person fills in your Lead Ads form, the lead arrives in Customers → Leads (on the phone: Marketing → Leads) in a few seconds, and you get the notification "New lead: form name". A sync that brings several leads sends one notification. The notification never shows the person's name or phone. Open the lead to see the answers, then press "Call" or "WhatsApp" to contact the person. Set the status (new, contacted, qualified, won, lost) and add a note. Only shops with Lead Ads turned on see leads. The AI assistant can count your new leads, but it does not contact people for you.
