Answer Facebook and Instagram comments

Open Messages → Comments (on the phone: Marketing → Comments) and choose Facebook or Instagram. A post with new comments shows "n new". Open the post to read its comments: a new comment has a "New" mark, and a comment that asks about the price, a size, delivery or an order has a "Question" mark. When you open the post, its comments become seen. For each comment you can reply in public, reply in a private message ("Reply in DM", for 7 days after the comment), hide it or delete it. A reply, a private reply, hiding or deleting marks the comment as answered. A new question that the automatic reply did not answer sends you one notification, at most one every 15 minutes. Sellit keeps only the comment's number and its marks, never its text. Only shops with comment management turned on have this screen.
