Where do I see which sales the 1% was taken on?

In "Payment details", on the "Platform commission (1%)" line tap the "How the fee is calculated" link — the "Your sales fee" window opens. It lists every paid order this period: its order number (last 6 digits), paid date, the exact products in it, and the math "Products {subtotal} × 1% = {fee}", ending with "Total fee this period". Use it to verify line by line. One thing: it shows only this period's not-yet-billed orders; shipping is excluded from the subtotal, so the fee is always on product value only.
